Love the style or the Dolce Gusto coffee machine and the taste of coffee. Not happy about the TERRIBLE customer service. I would not have purchased had I known how bad the customer service would be. Our first pot arrived defective. The online Dolce Gusto store is TERRIBLE to deal with. The website advertises false information. We ended up buying the capsules at Bed Bath and Beyond. Our advise is to buy this product from a store such as Bed Bath and Beyond or Sur La Table. There you will find the customer service we deserve!
