As for the actual features, I am very pleased with the easyness of use and with the quality of the capuccino or the hot choccolate...

My model does not allow collect hot water to make tea, but I circumvented the problem emptying completely a capsule and inserting it. This will cheat the system into dispensing hotwater.

You can even use the empty capsule to make instant soluble coffee that looks espresso (but no real coffee powder or it will overflow).

Very complete machine
