We booked our rooms at roomsnet for a hotel at Tenerife. 2 rooms for 14 days. We paid about £2000(!) in full and roomsnet cancelled before arrival and we had to pay the hotel again! We have tried to get the money back from roomsnet but havent succeeded yet. Nobody answers on the phone or email, and they have removed the chat option now.
I would absolutely recommend you to chose another company!
