Well, I ordered my pram sunday night. I phoned them on wednesday night, as i hadn't had a phone call about my delivery, and as they took the money out my bank I was abit worried. When I phoned them I asked them what was happening about my pram, and they said the address I gave them was different to the address registered to my card. I was so annoyed with this because they still took the money out of the bank. They said that they sent me an email telling me about this problem, but I hadn't had no emails. Therefore I told them to cancel my order, and to put my money back into the bank. They said it will take a few days, so i'm going to wait and see how long it takes them. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Would Not Reccomened.
