the call centre is the main problem.
the accents of the indians that work there are difficult to understand.although they speak english they are still difficult to understand and if you ask them to slow down or repeat they get offended so its best to do what i have done and forget it and change to another company which is sad because i have been with bt for over 10 years.i also have changed phone supplier too
