This company's service has been nothing short of atrocious.Poor and vague communication, failure to deliver when promised, only half complete order when it did eventually arrive. Thanks "Great" (*snort*) Little Trading Company for ruining my daughter's birthday with your incompetence.
My advice? Don't touch them with a barge pole.

I found this review very helpful because...it has confirmed that the shoddy customer service I have had (.. or rather have not had) wasn't just an unfortunate anomaly- they appear to be like this to everyone.
