I purchased a leather jacket on the 16th december 2009 for a xmas present as they said that if i ordered by 21st december it would delivered in time for xmas as quotd on there website. After further reading the jacket i purchased was not being released until 20th Jan, so initially it was my error in not reading the advertisement correctly. Any way i called on the 20th december and managed to speak to someone i said that i had changed my mind and wanted a full refund back to which he said that this would not be a problem. I received an email on the 22nd from a 'Sue' saying that the refund had been actioned so i presumed that would get the refund in around 3 days as normal. As of today i am still waiting for the refund, and despite a complaint email through there website, 5 other emails and about 5 voicemail messages they have ignored me. They're customer service is appalling and i will never use them again, i would not recommend them to anyone they are a hopeless company.
