It is possibly the worst online banking website ever,the bank should fire their website and IT staff, and move on into the 21st century.They must move on from using a sinclair computer. I cant think of anything that is good or I like about it.The pathetic thing is you can't even get a proper detailed statement from it.If anyone is looking for internet banking I would say choose another bank

I fully agree, these people saying its good, obviously have not used another bank website and have no idea how they work. You have no way of getting a true balance as money transactions disappear and then re-appear 3 days later, giving you a false balance of which you can spend, then get charged £50 by the bank for going overdrawn? so the bank don't want to change from a simple old designed website because it makes them money.
I would like to talk to the web designer (maybe the bosses son) and see if they know how to bring this site into modern standards? Please explain why it cannot show transactions in and out and named what they are for. This is a simple change letting clients do there finances.
