DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU Do!!
I made an order fo a Christmas hamper throught Ifloirist only because Interflora's products were soldout. I realised the only wait to contact them was through email or fax if you had any queries but I thought this would be okay.
I made an order for a Christmas gift (a hamper)on the Dec 2oth, which was supposed to be dleivered on the 22nd. Literally, a few hours later, I realised the company had moved address (within the same town) and wanted to amend the address, only to be told sorry I was not allowed.
After which, I was sent an email to say, yes, this could be done but to allow an extra day. Up until delivery, their response to my emails was fairly quick. I then sent an email when I realised there was no delivery on the 23rd Dec, and assured it would be delivered by the 24th. When I checked for confirmation, they said "it looked as though it had been delivered." However, I found out on the 4th January that the company never received the hamper.
I have sent emails and faxes asking for a refund and you guessed it, they didn't have the decency to get back to me! So they have screwed up a Christmas gift and refusing to credit me for an order they never delivered!
