Travelled to Florida a few years ago with this agency and experienced no problems, however... I booked a Florida holiday for 2010 through them, the flights were booked through Globespan who have since gone into administration! Broadway called me and told me not too panic, I would have to claim my refund through my credit card company even though I paid my money to Broadway and pay for new flights to Orlando! My credit card company refuse as the money was paid to Broadway and not to Globespan.
I have sent emails and written letters to broadway giving them a deadline in which to refund me... so far all correspondance has been totally ignored and the telephone operators are clueless and unhelpful.
When I booked this holiday I was not warned that I wouldn't be covered should one of the component companies go into administration... Broadway say they are ATOL protected but I advise you check in detail before booking as it seems only unspecified parts are ATOL protected!
