Here are the 10 bad points of the PDX-2000MK2 PRO

1: the plastic finish, feels & looks like plastic.

2: the platter is wobbly,no vibration rubber underneath it.

3: the motor ain't solid,makes noice,not build to last

4: the fuse will eventually break

5: good 4 scratching,not for mixing

6: plastic feet,no hight adjustment, they break if not handled carefully

7: no target light included

8: tonearm skips on certain records when just playing it. doesn't

happen on technics

9: no metallic buttons like technics

10: the speed adjustment buttons are in the wrong place,it irritates

handling the tonearm

Good points:

1: solid tonearm,no skipping during scratch practice

2: reverse,50% pitch

That's it

I agree. Depends what ones you get too. I had the metal platter type. The feet were solid. Pitch controls are perfect where they are with the included digital display which comes in handy. I found the ultra pitch control was a nice add but rarely used by myself. The straight tone arm shouldn't skip when playing or scratching as that's what its designed for... weight on the needle was wrong i would assume. I used these decks myself for some time doing live radio shows mainly for mixing. So where your getting mixing not good for i don't know. Fair play this is your opinion but i find many of you points to me some what lie's.

Yes sadly the light is not included but if like many real dj's you just go out and buy some. These are very solid decks and if your finding it hard to mix then that's probably down to the strong motor you call weak. Running one of the highest torque motor's in the scene.

I personally think you've had a bad experience and should try or buy a decent set next time. Maybe its a case of a hate or love relationship lol.
