“Ordered a CD for a Christmas present on 7 December....”

Ordered a CD for a Christmas present on 7 December. After 2 emails I was told it was dispatched on 9 December. I did not receive it. Several Numerous emails - no reply. Finally an email from bang promising an immediate refund. No refund yet. I would never use them again and I would give them zero out of 100. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
