The way that this company dealt with a stock issue was exemplary, being cynical I thought the order would never arrive before Christmas. Yet the order arrived on Christmas eve and there was a gift as a token to apologise for the delays.

I wish more people would conduct business in this fashion and I would definitely recommend them to others.
