I have had two Blackbirds since 2001 (ridden bikes for 30 years) they are just the dogs. My first pristine red (best colour) only bit the dust a couple of months ago under the front of a white van and I was devastated (had ridden it confidently as far as Gibraltar never ever had a problem with performance) so much so, two weeks later bought a second hand low milage 06 plate (while still on crutches). Now looking forward to several more years of solid Blackbird performance. It is a very forgiving bike, a great ride to work and absolutely brilliant over long distances and has always turned heads. Testimony to their popularity with riders is seen the price that even the older ones go for. Acquire one and you'll not be sorry!
