Unsatisfied with their level of customer service skills..so called call centre Manager wouldn't escalate my query even though i made it very clear to him that i have a valid claim pointing out relevant statements!!! apparently, when you set-up a direct debit to automatically pay your minmum card balance, if you make a partial mannual payement towards your balance with a gap more than two days from the due date, the min payement will be suppressed!! all this would've been fine if it was mentioned or documented on terms and conditions and the fact that he weren't presistent of what his saying, at 1st he said 4 days when i pointed that this is my case, he changed his claim to two!!! My advice, unless you are desperate and you shop at Asda, keep away.
