I had a flight on 12/23/09, my flight was delayed for 1 hour, my luggage was lost and never found. I e-mailed air europa's customer service and they provided me with international phone# to call which of course I should be paying for. I do not understand why I should pay for international call when this was no fault of mine. I am very dissatisfied with the way they process lost claims and am not sure if they ever pay lost luggage claims. They simply send you to someone else and do not want to help you.
