Tredz www.tredz.co.uk Review

I first used Tredz to order a Giant Trance back in August 2008 one Sunday evening. On the Monday Tredz rang to check sizing and to advise of a few changes to the spec of the bike between the Web advert and delivery (upgrades, I might add!). The bike was duly delivered by Wednesday lunch time. I was impressed!



This last summer, I had problems when the (Mavic) front rim split opposite the valve hole and the wheel promptly folded in half. I dropped Tredz a line with some pix and they sorted it with Mavic and procured a replacement. Again splendid service on the part of Tredz.



Then as a last minute chrissy prezzie I odered a chain cleaner. They promptly replied to explain stock difficulties and possible delays, with the promise of every effort being made to get it to me for Christmas. It duly arrived Christams Eve morning.



Whilst some folk have obviously experienced odd problems, I have nothing but praise for Tredz & the staff i have dealt with.
