So far, the service I have received from NEXT has been dreadful. Ordered a cabinet from instore 4 weeks ago, have received probably around 10 phone calls from NEXT regarding the delivery-all of whom havn't a clue what's going on. I finally expected delivery today (in time for christmas as promised) and yet another phone call to tell me that it will not be delivered as the warehouse forgot to put it on the lorry!
When I asked if the lorry could go back and put it on I was told the 'system' didn't work that way.....the 'system'? I am a customer who has paid £450 a month ago!
