We ordered a tree in the second week of December and for delivery before 10pm, to be fully installed in our living room. The van turned up at about midnight, the two delivery men were nice, but clearly shattered and were surprised to hear they had to set the tree up since no-one at pines and needles had told them. The tree dried up within a week and I eventually resolved to call them on the 20 December, only to be told I was just outside the 10 day window that their terms and conditions stated and that my only option was to buy a new tree. With little other choice given it was 5 days to Christmas, I agreed. They eventually delivered a tree, in bad conditions, too short and simply refused to issue a full refund. Terrible service, awful products - DO NOT USE THEM - EVER!
