Blue Mountain e-cards is a horrible scam service. In their Terms of Agreement it states that you can cancel your membership and request a refund any time up to 30 days after your card was charged, but then they slip in this "free trial" language that says you can't get your money back after an unspecified free trial ends. Since it's never clear that you signed up for a free trial to begin with as soon as they charge your card you're stuck paying it. Don't even bother trying to call to dispute the charge - the customer service system is awful and you'll spend half your day trying to get a live person. They refuse to discuss membership cancellation via email but their automated phone system is on a loop telling you to contact them via email and then disconnects you. I finally was able to talk with someone who was completely unhelpful and insisted that the "free trial" information was listed on ONE page at ONE point during the signup process. The email confirmation they send out makes zero mention of this so once that page has flashed past and you're signed up, you have no record whatsoever of how long the trial was, or that you even signed up as part of a free trial rather than as their standard membership trial.
Terrible, awful company. Stay away!!!
