had a slight accicident with cooker, it caught fire, phone tesco insurance monday morning 8.15, was phone back a hour later with amount to be settled, money arrived for claim next day tuesday at 11.30am, and by thursday dinner had my new cooker delivered and installed, now thats what i call service, at call center they couldn't do enough for me and was polite and cutious at all times, would recommend them to my friends
