“Appalling service. No idea if items are in stock or...”

Appalling service. No idea if items are in stock or not as customer services do not answer emails or telephone enquiries. Really long delivery times for a web-based shop. Trying to cancel order but not getting anywhere. I really can't recommend shopping here and certainly won't be using it again in the future.
