After spending over a month trying to chase us an order placed with Presents Direct for some Christmas Puddings with a logo printed on them I've finally given up after being told that, despite the order being taken by their 'Custom Gifts Team' they can't actually deliver the order in time for Christmas!



What type of company needs over two months lead time on some Christmas Puddings? What are they doing, hand making them as and when orders some in?
