Bought my Ebac 2650e just over a year ago, it worked OK until just recently when it started Juddering sometimes quite alarmingly. It seemed also to be overheating and seemed to be icing up rather too much on the coils. It has been sent back to Ebac and I am still waiting for it to come back. I have to admit that I am a little worried about using this model as it doesn't seem to be very reliable and the overheating etc could be a problem! I would not buy one again and will probably pay the extra and get a Mitsubishi if this one conks out again. Best of British, probably not!
