John Lewis has a wonderful reputation but their online business has descended into shambles. Not only have they failed to deliver orders where customers have paid extra for specific delivery dates but they have failed to tell those customers that their orders will not be fulfilled.
They say that they have thousands of unfulfilled orders yet continue to take orders which they may not be able to fulfil. They ignore customer complaints even though I have a "read receipt" for my complaint to the managing director.
