I gather the UK supplier (Jenks) went into administration early in 2009 but other sites say it is now available in the UK. Biotex is manufactured in the Netherlands. If you email biotex on http://tinyurl.com/find-biotex and insert your postcode into the main message box (the postcode section won't accept it!)they should hopefully reply with a stockist near you. I am waiting to hear from them.
