Ordered (4) items the beginning of December, all items on the NFL.com site were shown as "in stock" and ready for Immediate delivery. NOT true, one turned out to be "back-ordered" and one was delivered to a location on the other side of the Country, despite the whole ordered having the same delivery address. Most importantly, NFL's customer service was INEPT and not capable of resolving any of the issues - like having the item that was sent to a wrong address over-nighted to the correct one in time for my son's Birthday; the service Manger said they'd could only re-order it again NO THANK-YOU. I'll never use them again.
