“Couldn't afford to get my hair highlighted again so...”

Couldn't afford to get my hair highlighted again so used this pre-lightener before dying my hair. It went patchy orange and yellow, even when tried to dye over it. I cried and booked a hair appointment for the next day where i was charged £100 to correct it. My hair is still a horrible tacky yellow even though two hairdressers worked on it for hours. The customer services won't offer any refund apart from vouchers - no thanks I've had enough orange hair to last me a lifetime! DO NOT BUY!
