Forget all the rest - this one actually works. It produces quite the best chips I have ever tasted. The large capacity tank doesn't allow the oil to cool down when a large quanity of food is put into it. It is aso extremely easy to clean, as all the parts can be removed. One I have owned fo ten years still looks like new. I wish I had never wasted money on Delo0nghi, Kenwood, etc.
