Ordered goods using standard delivery and was given an expected delivery date. Didn't receive it by then and have been emailing to ascertain where it is. I keep getting fobbed off with excuses and have been told to investigate the problem myself!!! The ironic thing is, I only live 20 mins from their distribution centre so could have picked up myself the day it was ordered. Shocking service. Will not use again.
