Well, the concert is on Monday and I am yet to receive my tickets!!! Numerous telephone calls to the company over the past three days, being given different "stories" about the location of my tickets, only to find that the tickets are with Royal Mail to be delivered on Monday morning!!!!! The staff at the agency appear to have no comprehension of what constitutes good customer care/relations, wanting to "pass the buck" of responsibility for ensuring safe delivery of the tickets.
