“Shockingly useless, expensive piece of junk! I would...”

Shockingly useless, expensive piece of junk! I would not recommend this to a friend,ever. It first broke down at 4 months old.

It required a new mother board, it broke down again at 8 months, new mother board, again at 18 months again it requires a new mother board, again about 4 months later, all done under warranty - the repairs have never solved the problems.

It has broken again and finally after lots of phone calls John Lewis have agreed to give half of the cost back to us. I will not be using this money to buy another HP laptop, and advise everyone else not to either!.
