As this was my first new mobile in 8 years i just wanted something simple. However there now appears to be no such thing as a simple mobile. I am very happy with its features but found the user manual to be very poor. Only a small amount of explanation is provided and many menu items are not covered. Maybe all mobiles asume you know how they work. It seems that trial and error is the only way to work out how to use this phone to its full potential. As i know nothing of other products it may be that all user manuals are just as limited.
