Absolutely brilliant customer service. I ordered the wrong code (a BlackBerry worldwide code instead of a RIM code) and did not have to pay again for another one left feeling cheated like a lot of unlocking companies have left me feeling before. I was given the correct code and when I could not understand the unlocking process which can be quite tricky, I contacted customer support and they were more than happy to help and provided me with the correct code extremely quickly which worked absolutely perfectly. I am more than pleased with the service provided for me and will be coming back to fone fun shop for any future phone unlocking needs I have! :)
