Sendit www.sendit.com Review

After 2 weeks of my item from sendit.com not arriving I emailed them to ask where my item was and was told that it had been dispatched that morning with no explanation as to why they were so late in posting it. I waited patiently for another 2 weeks only to have still not received my order! I contacted them again and was answered a few days later with a message asking for me to allow another 7 days for the item to arrive. I continued to contact them throughout that week only to be ignored. They eventually said that they would give me a refund after 5 weeks of my order having been placed and 5 days later I am still waiting for my money back. the customer service is beyond a joke, some of the responses that I received made absolutely no sense and seemed as though they were being written by a child i.e 'Unfortunatly this must have ben entered incorrectly when you pleaced the order'. They made countless excuses as to the whereabouts of my order and refused to acknowledge their mistake. DO NOT BUY FROM SENDIT.COM
