I have to echo the previous reviewer's thoughts on poor service from As Good As Grass (AGAG). In my case they did finish the job and did come when they said they would to initially install the lawn. However, when said lawn developed a ripple in the middle, it took over 20 phone calls and emails over a course of 12 months to have it sorted out. I was assured they would come out on a certain day to sort it out and even took a day off work. And guess what? No one turned up.



It was as if they couldn't care less after they'd got our money. In the year it took us to get our lawn finally sorted, we even got a sales call from AGAG asking if we wanted to follow up our enquiry about having a lawn fitted! They seem very sincere on the phone but they are disorganised and their admin seems to leave a lot to be desired.



Although my lawn finally looks great I would not use AGAG again.
