I've ordered from Snapfish in the past and never had a problem but this time the item failed to arrive.
I contacted Snapfish customer service via email but was extremely disappointed with their reply - wait 2 weeks and see if it shows up. There was no attempt to trace the parcel and they weren't willing to despatch another one. Two weeks has past, no parcel, no contact from customer service.
Looks like I'll be chasing a refund next.
I won't be using them again.
