I have been on LighterLife for 10 weeks and have lost 45lbs. I started at 18st 11 and now i am at 15st 9lbs. Initiallly i found none of the problems that are being banded around. When starting it is a shock to the system, but after the first few days i was amazed that although i was eating 550 cal a day i did not feel hungey at all. I did the initial 8 week (for Men) and then a further 2 weeks as i did not feel i had lost enough weight. I go swimming about 2-3 time per week and swim 50 lengths just to try and keep my muscles firm. I am now starting the route to management course and although not down to my target weight i hope to continue to lose over Xmas and new year. My goal is another 18lbs. I am however getting concerned over various reports that say it could be dangerous over a longer period. I do have muscle aches so perhaps its time to eat more healthliy until i lose the extra weight.
