“21 bottle dual climate ”

21 bottle dual climate

product looks nice and is robust

but racking is only really suitable for slim wine bottles. you cannot slide shelf out for access unless door is completely open and forget about champagne bottles. have recently had a problem with thermostat and have tried to contact company. three emails with no response to date and a company with a website but no phone??

I think if the company had better after sales service I may have had a slightly different opinion but generally disappointed, product is ok but definetly wouldnt recommend the company.
