I had done a lot of searching for a young girls bike and decided on Bikes2udirect purely from a value for money and speed of delivery perspective. When I initially placed my order online, it was declined....even though I have a prepaid card I use online. I rang Bikes2udirect, who were very helpful and managed to track down the problem, which I was then able to sort with my own bank. When my order was then processed, the delivery company were unable to locate my house as it is on a new development......again from very helpful staff at the delivery company, I was able to give guidelines on where I was living, and the delivery man rang me to double check he was in the right area.
So from placing my order on the Tuesday, with two problems, I still had delivery of my goods on Friday! All I can say is that I have already recommended you to a couple of friends, and that both Bikes2udirect and the delivery company you use, are true professionals and it's a real shame that more retailers aren't as keyed up on customer service as your companies appear to be.
