When I got my Tesco Car Insurance renewal quote through I couldn't find a better one after shopping around, so I decided to go with it. However when I got the final schedule/confirmation through they'd added legal protection cover and temporary car cover for an extra £50 that I hadn't asked for! Luckily I spotted it and phoned for them to cancel it and they did so with no problem, however beware people - always look at the final quote!! Also, when I had to make a claim on a third party insurance earlier this year (I was not at fault), Tesco Customer service were not in the slightest bit helpful, didn't help me with the claim at all, I phoned to tell them that I needed to make a claim on someone else's insurance and their response was 'thanks for telling us, we'll note it'.
