Don't understand these bad reviews - every bank may have an off day but in terms of overall customer service the Co-op is excellent. The staff really care and on one occasion they called me, told me they had made a mistake on my business account, that they had put it right and had credited my account with £25 for the trouble - if you can find one other bank (anywhere in the world) that would do this then I'll eat my computer!
Their internet banking has had its problems but they tell me that this will be solved in the New Year. The fact is - I believe them whereas I would not trust the other banks further than I could throw them.
My company has banked with them for over 10 years and I have NEVER had cause to believe that this was bad for my business. I unconditionally recommend them - and if you have a social conscience you would not go anywhere else.
