Would give a 0/5 if the rating system let me
Deplorable customer service and company policy.
Statements that they were supposed to send out will now incur me a charge of $5 each. 5 years worth of statements.
They also need to hire customer service people who aren't rude, and do not speak an unable to be understood heavily-laden indian-accented english.
