Do not use accord . My wife and I were made redundant and found new jobs but our salary was less
we asked for help from accord with regard to mortgage ( we never defaulted on payment ) we were told sorry no help available . We then decided to sell our property port the mortgage to a cheaper property and pay of part of the mortgage with our equity . Guess what sorry we can't do that and you don't meet the lending criteria for our mortgages .the story goes on with yet more negative and in my opinion unprofesional conduct from accord This is the worst mortgage lender I have ever used . I would not reccomend them .
