Ordered a singing personalised birthday card from happy birthday to you.com on 7th November. It was not - and still has not been delivered although charge was made immediately on my credit card!
Despite 2 e-mails to the company asking what has happened to my order I have received absolutely no response - 6 days and counting!

I read the reviews on this company all of which seemed to be positive so i am extremely disappointed that my friend did not receive her e-card and am extremely unhappy with the lack of response from the company

    On November 7th notices were displayed in large bold text on the ordering form and again before the payment process explaining that the recording schediule was full and that the next available date for recording and delivery was November 9th.
    All emails are answered promptly.
