Website is logical and made items easy to find. Ability to view stock levels is a real bonus; particularly in the run up to christmas. Goods are very competitively priced with offer of free delivery on the camera I purchased. Placed the order and three working days later the camera arrived; all pretty much as expected excpet that I received regular emails to keep me informed of order receipt and despatch. A particularly good idea, operated by SE, is an email reply service when the goods are delivered. I've had several bad experiences with deliveries sent to another, similar address across the city;even though the postcode is nothing like the same. This has left me in limbo for several days whilst the supplier checks what has happened and then contacts the courier etc. A simple email like the SE idea would have saved some time.



In summary a creditable 4 out of 5 stars for Simply Electronics.
