Avoid at all costs! After a no fault accident on M6 our car was written off - Admiral did not provide any assistance at the scene and couldn't arrange a hire car; we had to do everything ourselves. Once the notification that the car was unrepairable, they cancelled the insurance policy and we are having to deal with the third party insurers ourselves. The worst insurace experience we have ever had. Wish we had looked at reviews before buying.
