Have had two accidents for which I was not at fault. The latest one September 2008 when on holiday a car ran into the rear of mine whilst I was stationary waiting to get onto a roundabout. Obtained details of driver took photographs and as car was runable deferred repairs untill I arrived home. I have now received a letter saying that due to no Police report I am at fault on this matter and will lose no claims. Previous claim not settled involved car being damaged by gravel dropping from lorry. Had two witnesses prepared to go to court. Received various letters from Acromis which applied to English law and not to Scottish law where incident took place. Again loss of no claims. Will apply for refund of Legal protection which seems to waste of money
