Please don't buy from this company. I wish I'd read these reviews before I did! The staff are extremely rude, no reply was received from two complaints I sent via their compaints form.
The offer, that persuaded me to buy the laptop that I did, had expired the previous month so I was unable to take advantage of it.

I now have no laptop at all as after only a year the hard drive has gone! I really don't think there's any pooint complaining to this company and I certainly wouldn't buy from them ever again.
