Unfortunately I have the Thompson Sky HD box, or to be more correct I am on my fourth box in 2 years. All is well when first installed but very soon the dreaded 'picture freeze' appears. My current box is out of warranty so they want £50.00 to be called out. It is therefore going into the bin and I am moving to freeview. The service given by Sky is not worth the additional money they charge for HD. Don't get me wrong the picture on HD is brilliant but unfortunately SKY will not admit that there is a problem with the Thompson HD box and seem happy to loose customers as the result.
